Refund Policy

At LinkbuildingCampaign, our automated system automatically refunds your purchase credits/money if an order gets rejected or we failed to deliver an order. The refund is directly credited to your LinkbuildingCampaign wallet.
Refund Eligibility
An advertiser is liable to receive a refund after deducting portal fees and processing fees only under certain conditions:
- The publisher has removed your link within 3 months
- The publisher has changed the link tags from Dofollow to Nofollow, sponsored, or UGC
- Your order could not be completed after multiple attempts
In case of order failure, we will issue a replacement link with similar metrics after discussion with you. This process might take around 1-5 weeks to complete.
Refund Processing Time
It usually takes 5 to 7 working/business days for a refund to reflect back in your wallet. We send a "REFUND PROCESSED" email as soon as the process has started from our end. However, the actual time for receiving the money in your bank account depends on PayPal and your banking partner.
Failed Payment Handling
While adding funds to the wallet, if the transaction fails and the money is debited from your bank account, we will cross-check the accounting books (PayPal dashboard) from our end and update the wallet balance if the money has reached us.
In case we have not received the money, and it is debited from your bank within 5 working days, we are not responsible, and you should reach out to your bank or PayPal support.
